Appearance (light/dark): when you are signed in it is saved in your account. When you are signed out the app follows your browser's setting. No cookie is used.
Advertising or tracking across sites: never.
Analytics: none. We count requests and errors in aggregate on our own servers, not per person.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to stay signed in without the session cookie.
