1. The service is provided "as is"

The badminton ladder is provided as it is and as available. We make no promises that it will work without interruption or errors, or that it will suit your needs.

2. Ratings and rankings are for fun

Ratings and rankings are worked out from scores that members record and confirm. They are for entertainment only, unofficial, and may be wrong or unfair. They do not represent the Badminton World Federation (BWF), WeChat, Tencent or any club, league or association, and they are not a measure of your real skill or ability.

3. Playing badminton carries risk

Badminton can cause injury. The app does not organise, supervise or guarantee any match. Anyone who plays does so at their own risk. Check your health, the court and the equipment, and stop if something is unsafe.

4. Other members and their scores

We are not responsible for what other members say or do, for whether a score is accurate, or for any disagreement between players. Admins and members can make mistakes or act unfairly.

5. Group admins act independently

Group admins approve members, change rules, void matches and more. They are not our employees or agents and do not speak for us. We are not responsible for their decisions.

6. Interruptions and data loss

The service may be unavailable, slow or changed at any time. Even though we make backups, we cannot promise your data will never be lost or damaged. Keep your own copy of anything important, for example by using the export in Settings.

7. Third-party content and links

We are not responsible for content, services or links that belong to other people, including WeChat.

8. Not professional advice

Nothing in the app is legal, medical, fitness or any other professional advice.

9. Limits

These statements apply as far as the law allows. They do not remove any rights you have that cannot be removed.
